What a book !

Student at Ecole Centrale Lyon, top French engineering school, I bought this book.
The latter was extraordinary. Indeed, after a clear presentation of the foundations of fluid mechanics, this book describes the dimensional analysis, the principle of similarity, the notion of boundary layer and finally, presents the vortex theory. At each end of chapter, a detailed summary and many problems with answers are present.
This book of 320 pages constitutes an excellent "Introduction" of fluid mechanics.
I recommend strongly this book to students wishing to deepen and/or to strengthen their knowledge in fluid mechanics. This book is also useful for engineers and teachers who must use it in their own lessons.
The author is very competent.
