Love the Course

This is the real deal. At first i was angry just reading the title. I thought the author was using the course in miracles and was now trying to distort the message of the Course. After reading this, i am amazed. This was divinely inspired. If you love CIM, you must read this.

ACOL cannot be compared with ACIM

Mari Perron, the first receiver of “A Course of Love,” was asked to compare ACOL with ACIM – was one more “advanced” than the other? She wisely answered, “They cannot be compared.” She went on to say that Reality IS – it cannot be compared. All expressions of Love are maximal (ACIM) as are all expressions of the Reality of the Pathway. While ACIM is more oriented to those who are conceptual oriented students, its aim is to open the student to communication from the Holy Spirit. The aim of ACOL is to open the heart and soften the bitterness that prevents Christ consciousness from awakening. These two paths have different focus that cannot be compared.
“The ego lives by comparison.” This idea is found in ACIM. Unfortunately many of us are reluctant to move past comparison to truly grow beyond judgment. I highly recommend both of these courses that cannot be compared. Each fulfills its intended function perfectly. This function is to awaken the knowing that Reality IS and is not known through comparison.

I'm surprised and impressed so far.

I've studied ACIM on and off since 1980. This book sound more like The Course than anything I have ever read. It also very much aligns with my own experiences. I'm surprised and impressed so far. It's been helpful to me so far. If you look at the history of ACIM, which I have and knew Bill Thetford, you will see that Helen, the scribe of ACIM, was told there was more to come through her. She refused. This Course of Love just might be some of the other stuff that Helen was supposed to scribe!
